Similar to other elastomeric devices such as the Iflo eclipse, and Baxter Intermate, the AccuRx is designed to provide accurate and safe infusions in the homecare environment. This flexible product offers a wide variety of rates and volumes for antibiotic and chemo therapies as well as post-operative pain management.  Some key features of the AccuRx are its partial hard shell design, easy to read color-coded flow rate label, and its air-eliminating membrane. It is a lightweight, elastomeric pump that has the strength of a traditional hard shell without the bulk, and provides patients the comfort and convenience that other traditional therapies do not.  The AccuRx is also compatible with many drugs, including daptomycin.
